A programmable coiling solution for manufacturing robust spring bodies used in agricultural rake tine and crop-handling assemblies.
The 5 Axis CNC Agriculture Rake Spring Coiler is designed for producing heavy-gauge springs used in agricultural rakes and related machinery. Its CNC system coordinates five controlled axes to manage wire feeding, coiling, pitch formation, and cutting according to the programmed spring design.
The published machine configuration supports 3–8 mm iron wire, automatic operation, and fixed-length cutting. Actual capacity depends on the material grade, tensile strength, spring geometry, and required cutting method.

Core Features
The exact axis functions, output rate, material compatibility, coil range, and end-forming capability should be confirmed before ordering.
Compatible Products
Depending on the tooling and selected configuration, the machine can be evaluated for:
Long legs, hooks, or complex end features may require additional tooling or secondary forming. Submit a finished spring drawing to confirm whether the complete component can be produced in one process.
Typical Applications
Information Required for Machine Selection

Rake springs operate in assemblies exposed to repeated deflection, impact, and changing field conditions. The coiling process must produce a consistent spring body that matches the mounting and tine geometry. Final durability also depends on material selection, heat treatment, surface finishing, and equipment design.
