The 6 Axis CNC Thread Insert Making Machine is designed for manufacturing wire thread inserts, also known as helicoil inserts or screw sleeves. The published configuration is intended for M3–M14 tangless inserts.

The six-axis CNC system coordinates wire feeding, helical forming, end processing, and cutting according to the insert program. Controlled production helps maintain the coil diameter, pitch, insert length, and end geometry required for subsequent installation.
